Education - Member education is central to the mission of the MSMA.
	Certification - As you may have noticed in the NJ Chapter Board of Directors, a significant number of them are CMDSM certified. These managers possess knowledge of advanced mail distribution technology, and professional management and administrative skills.
	Representation - The MSMA is represented on the Postmaster General's Mailers' Technical Advisory Committee ("MTAC"). MTAC is comprised of 58 organizations which represent the major mail related industries in each class of mail.
