To fulfill its mission, the MSMA has established three annual awards:

1. Manager of the Year Award
2. Distinguished Service Award
3. Chapter of the Year Award

The Manager of the Year Award recognizes outstanding contributions to the profitability of their company and/or profession. The Distinguished Service and Chapter of the Year Awards recognize dedication to the advancement of the MSMA and its mission.

These awards are given to members of any chapter showing outstanding achievements in the industry. Certain awards, like the Manager of the Year Award, are sponsored by a member and determined by a panel of nationally recognized members of the community.
