EquiServe is the premier provider
of stock transfer services to the corporate community
and an innovator in the area of proxy mailing.
Reliable Mail Service is the region’s largest

The EquiServe and Reliable facilities assemble and mail
over 15,000,000 proxy flats during the March and April
time frame. During this busy period, production takes
place using a combination of machine insertion, polywrap
and hand assembly.
